Safety Check-in
Users can set up check-in intervals and will receive a notification at the end of the defined time. If they fail to respond to the notification, a live agent will follow up and take further action as needed.
Report an Incident
Users can anonymously report security incidents or concerns to their security team via the Eva app. The security team can choose what action to take. This aims to reduce call volumes and support actionable insights to be pulled from the data over time.
